Snake Bite

This 51 year old diabetic developed an infection to his left foot secondary to a copperhead snake bite.

Look closely at image one and you will see one of many fangs marks near the heel of his foot. (Click Image to Enlarge)

Image two display the surgical "opening" of the wound. This procedure was required secondary to the toxic effects of the venom on the tissues.
